I went to the Ulsan Whale Festival yesterday and was thoroughly underwhelmed. I’d been expecting to get a lot of photo opportunities and instead there was a giant mechanical whale floating on the river and a few very strange talent acts. BUT there was this cowboy, hanging out in the car park on his horse. A real Korean cowboy.
