I can’t describe the joy of this picture, only the impossible sensation of being a child again. I was at the beach in Ulsan with some friends and noticed their daughter blowing bubbles. She couldn’t get them out at first, but as she kept trying they would come out one by one. I love the way the bubbles cross her face, concentrating so hard on blowing them out.
Again I can’t argue about the quality of the Nikon 24-70 f/2.8 lens for sharpness; close up you can see the patterns on the sheen of the detergent in the centre of the image, count her eyelashes and see every crinkle in her lips.
